Everything began in 2024,
when Tomasz and Raphael joined forces to interpret the craft of noodle-making in their own way.
Honestly, we never imagined how far our passionate little project would go. But one thing we’ve learned for sure: what a truly happy face looks like after slurping a warm bowl of noodles. And that just kept us going.
None of this would have been possible without our guests and the many inspiring people who trusted us, worked with us, or co-created unforgettable pop-ups along the way. For that, we are truly grateful, and we'll do our best to keep the ride going.
Our goal has always been simple: to craft delicious, handmade food and serve it in an authentic, warm, and casual atmosphere.
Tomodomo means together a story of cooperation, shaped by everyone who walks through our kitchen.
We’ve had the honor to work alongside inspiring guest chefs like Justin Klungsøyr (Oslo), Will from B Culture (Oslo), Sigurd Borge (Oslo), Florian from Ramen Flow (Berlin), Broth Boy (Gothenburg), Kristin Handplukt (Oslo) and Hayato (Tokyo).
Each of them has left a story, a spark, and a little piece of themselves that lives within our kitchen today.
…a story to be continued.

Meet Justin & his Team
Since June 26th, Justin Klungsøyr has officially joined our team as Head of Culinary. If you don’t know Justin yet, well we think it’s about time you do.
With experience from some of Oslo’s most exciting kitchens, including Arakataka, Txotx, and Skaal Matbar, Justin has crafted a signature approach to food that seamlessly blends Nordic ingredients with global techniques.
We’ve known Justin for quiet some time, following his career and naturally, eating frequently his creations with sheer excitement.
Having Justin join forces with us is a massive milestone and we couldn't be happier.
Justin is an official partner with Myhres Matsopp. Through this partnership, we are proud to feature Hand-cultivated, premium Mushrooms grown locally in Nesodden across our dynamic new menus.
For us, great food comes from trust in the people around us and their own curiosity. Here, questions are welcome, ideas appear unexpectedly, mistakes are part of the process, and laughter is always around—that’s where new inspiration naturally unfolds.
For us, good vibes in the kitchen bring good vibes into our bowls.
And good vibes comes from trust in the people around you and their own curiosity. Here, questions are welcome, ideas appear unexpectedly, mistakes are part of the process, and laughter is always around that’s where new inspiration naturally unfolds.
It takes a collective effort to keep things running every day, and none of this happens without Tomas, Albino, and Zuzanna holding down the kitchen in Oslo, alongside Effe and Casey in Asker.
As Justin is an official partner with Myhres Matsopp, we're also really happy to serve hand-cultivated mushrooms grown locally in Nesodden across our menu.
From time to time, we will surprise you.
